Well I started with an order from Dino Decking in Wigan for my first composite installation. When they arrived I knew I had made a mistake! Dont buy Dino Decking! I quickly returned the goods (at my expense and also got charged 10% returns and they knocked off a railing charged stating it had been used!) I then very nervously placed another order with Neo Timber for same railings and posts. Well I need not have worried the quality of Neo Timber goods was far superior and the product far higher quality and safer!! Spend your money with Neo Timber is my advice!! We love our new wooden pond decking now completed with the Neo Timber antique rails and posts :)

We spent ages trying to find a good quality and wood finish composite board, which also met fire regulations. We stumbled across NeoTimber and are so glad we did. The perfect colour cladding, teak, has finished off our home wonderfully. The boards are good quality and easy to install ourselves. Shipping is expensive in comparison to other merchants we've used for building supplies, so ensure you are happy with quantity before ordering. A small number of boards were damaged in transit however free replacements were sent out. The customer service team were always helpful and quick to respond to queries. We will be coming back for decking!

Excellent, I can't fault the product, it's very easy to work with and the result looks superb; and the company is very helpful. I was short 1 plank and they helped combine my order with another so that the delivery charge was reduced. Fantastic.

We have just recently used Neo Timber for a large decking project. We can not fault the company communication's or the large range of quality products they have. We did multiple orders, each one being delivered on time without any problems. As a company ourselves we like to use top quality companies like Neo Timber as it takes away all the stress.

Recently purchased composite decking in Essential range (grey) from Neo Timber and very pleased with the product supplied after selecting from several companies. From initial phone calls to delivery of the decking could not fault anything with delivery on the stated date. Great product to work with and attached are a few photos now work is complete.
